npm engine now matches the version shipped with node 14 aka node lts/fermium.

As happens with any release of a library/package, a few details were a bit off.
Those are now fixed and things works as expected! Friggin' yay! 🎉

This is the first stable release that is optimised for a CLI usage such as a tool like prettier.

Install using rpm install -D @zeusdeux/md-toc and add it to your lint-staged setup before prettier for max awesomeness!

Alternative, you can use it as a cli directly. Run md-toc -h for extended help.

You never again have to publish a markdown document that's missing a table of contents!
