This includes various VT100 compatibility fixes to make htop work. For me, after this PR htop works almost completely. The only issue is that sometimes it scrolls a little up out of the screen, but this can be fixed by refreshing the pane (either resizing it or opening a new one near it). This should of course also be fixed, but I think this is a much better state of affairs for now.
