Prerequisite: PowerShell and npm were installed.

grunt server

Note: Switch to Localhost instead of 0.0.0.0 if seeing errors. 

Note: the command line will show the web server running over http:https://0.0.0.0:6060. If this URL doesn't work, navigate to http:https://localhost:6060.
