This extension has been removed from Google Web Store for unclear reasons but you can install it yourself without too much hassle. STEPS: 1. Download the files from this project. 2. Go to chrome:https://extensions and activate the Developer Mode on the top right of the page. 3. There you will see a button "Load an unpacked extension" that you can use to install Outline.com Reader.
