This is a general clean-up and feature improvement. It should prepare for bumping to v0.4.
The main breaking changes is that this no longer uses only the standard library, but now includes
pandas,numpy, and a better in-terminal histogram visualizertermplotlib. This now requires arequirements.txtfile which can be used to create a virtual env or a conda env.
