Fix a bug where user data broken after saving user profile because of using deprecated response.json() function in vue-resource.

• Upgraded laravel-elixir-vue to laravel-elixir-vue-2, and some other NPM packages.
• Fixed a bug where moving a task to new stage, the task in old stage was not removed.
• Fixed a bug where error occurred in filtering teammates who have no designation.
• Made profile photo responsive.
