sphinx.ext.pngmathhas already removedAccording to the sphinx-doc,
pngmathmodule has removed since v1.8.sphinx-doc/sphinx#6182
This PR includes the replacement of
pngmathwithimgmath, however but this ignores the backward compatibility.
