I bumped the Vue version to 2.0.3, didn't work without since "vue-template-compiler" was installing the 2.0.3 version and didn't match the 2.0.1 Vue version specified. So I bumped Vue version and added a caret ^2.0.3 to both so it matches the new version when possible.
I updated the Readme also to reflect the use of this branch with Vue 2.
I couldn't figure out if you, @xiaokaike , updated the dist file. I'm on windows right now and it always seems weird when running dist since it doesn't run well with NODE_ENV variables. I did a quick search in the files for
.syncand it seems to exist some of them, which is the reason I'm asking about the dist in the first place.
