Project 0 for 2017 Fall Stats231A. Two files (Project0_main.m and cnn_cifar_init.m) are updated. Project0_main.m is the main file containing codes for three training steps. To finish step 2, I modify the codes in cnn_cifar_init.m to change the learning rate and size of Block 5.
