Fixed Farsi numbers mainly in code or pre tags!

Hi, I'm using your plugin on my weblog at pcworms.ir, I'm using Prismjs to highlight codes. I had a problem that your plugin changes all numbers in my code because they aren't direct children of code or pre tags. So this is how I fixed this issue.

زمانی که در جایی مانند گیت‌هاب پروژه‌ای قرار میدید که متن‌باز ویا آزاد هست و پول رکوئست رو باز میزارید، به این معنی هست که پول رکوئست به این مخزن رو قبول می‌کنید(با یا بدون شرایط). در صورتی که به هیچ وجه قبول نمی‌کنید و این رو باز میزارید، توهینی به مردم و تلف کردن وقتشون هست.

When in somewhere like Github you host a project which is FOSS and you don't disable the Pull Request feature, this means that you accept PRs to this repo(without any terms or under some specified terms). If you don't accept them in any way and you don't disable the feature, you are insulting other people and wasting their time.

I suggest you maintain a fork of this repo yourself and merge changes from upstream as needed.
