With over 7 years of experience in the tech industry, I've honed my expertise across multiple domains:

• WordPress Development: Plugin and theme customization, eCommerce solutions, LMS platforms.
• Project Management: Planning and overseeing product roadmaps, using tools like Jira.
• Data Analysis: Competitor analysis, user feedback integration, data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Support Leadership: My experience managing tech support has enabled me to create efficient, user-centric support processes that build trust and satisfaction.

Currently, I work as the Lead of Tech Support at Droip, where I’m responsible for supporting and enhancing WordPress-based products, including Tutor LMS Droip and WP Crowdfunding. My role involves a mix of project management, technical support, and customer feedback analysis, all aimed at delivering superior products.

I believe in user-centered design and continuous learning. With every product and project, my goal is to solve real-world problems while keeping the user experience at the forefront. Data analysis is a key part of my workflow, as it allows me to make informed decisions and ensure each feature meets users’ needs.
