Changed the NOAA Radar layer from nowcoast.noaa.gov, which I don't think works anymore, to instead show infrared satellite imagery from the same source. It also now refreshes that layer every fifteen minutes to match the source update cadence. Since this only shows satellite imagery for North America, I've left it in the 'US' section.
Additionally, added two new layers, global radar and global satellite from Rainviewer's free API; they refresh every two minutes.
Obligatory "works on my machine," but please double check my work, lol.
