added ASW 15 B + ASW 19 B #16

I saw that the ASK 21 B is in the extended list as a separate entity and thought I would add the B versions of ASW 15/19 as well.

This raises an interesting question. We probably should not have added the ASK 21 B as we don't make a difference between LS 4 a/b. I think good reasoning is to provide different types where there is significant difference in the flying characteristics.

So the question is whether the change in MTOW is enough. My intention is yes. But then we would also need to provide the WL version of the ASW 19 B (or are the WL only fitted to the B variant?). Also, I noticed that we are missing the WL variant for the ASW 15 so we should also consider that.

I figured that the conceptual question of which aircraft patterns to include in the list as a separate entity would be a bit more difficult to answer.
If we add "all" types, this would significantly increase the number of possible aircraft types/combinations, so that with each extension there would be a not inconsiderable effort, although the number of types/series of an aircraft type is finite.
