I thought that too, but I've added them because with loader-utils 0.2.17, npmjs.org was saying that there is no README. So I'll re-add it.

Why was the license field in package.json changed? According to the NPM docs the license field should be set to something from the SPDX license list, but JSF does not appear there. Since this was only a reassignment of copyright, the license field should still stay MIT. (it is still the MIT license, just with a different copyright assignee now)
