Here, I describe my development environment. You may use any other tools.

(K)Ubuntu 12.04 64-bits
Eclipse

sudo apt-get install ia32-libs lib32ncurses5 lib32stdc++6 # need 32-bit libraries
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10005907/eclipse-android-plugin-libncurses-so-5

Install Android SDK (Eclipse plug-in): https://developer.android.com/sdk/installing/installing-adt.html
Install Android NDK (installed in ~/android/): https://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/ndk/index.html

Install SDK API 10 (I have my SDKs in ~/android/android-sdks/)

fork and get code from github (I have my code in ~/git/):
git clone [email protected]:username/tgs-android.git
cd tgs-android

Get jni (P2P C++ library) and compile:
git submodule init
git submodule update
cd jni

Get libevent2:
svn checkout https://svn.tribler.org/libevent2/tags/libevent-2.0.15-arno-http-android-14-binary/
mv libevent-2.0.15-arno-http-android-14-binary libevent2

Compile:
~/android/android-ndk-r8b/ndk-build

Import project into Eclipse

Connect device (Galaxy Nexus, in my case):
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9210152/set-up-device-for-development-no-permissions

In Eclipse: Run as > Android Application

Now, your phone is running the application. Open the browser (on the device) and type ppsp.me.
Follow the links to find ppsp.me links and select the ppsp_player app to open them.
After a (short) buffering delay, your device will start playing the video.



PUBLISHING on Google Play

Open bin/*apk with a zip program
Remove META-INF directory
 jarsigner -verbose -keystore ~/android/private.key -storepass XXXX -keypass XXXX -digestalg SHA1 -sigalg MD5withRSA -sigfile CERT -signedjar bin/signed-unaligned.apk bin/tgs-android.apk key_name
~/android/android-sdks/tools/zipalign 4 bin/signed-unaligned.apk bin/final.apk
