Make pymks pip installable

style: fix for flake8

build(pip): minimize required packages in setup.py

Use minimal packages for a pip install. Enough to do `python -c
"import pymks; pymks.test"` only. Also, make sure the install tests
only run pymks/fmks.

ci(travis): include setup.py in linting
