WARNING: Could not crop because no foreground detected

The output is blank. Nothing segmented for task = "heartchambers_highres". Input file is a .nii.gz file. I used this file as an input to nnU-Net code and it worked. But it's working for totalSegmentor.

I get this message:
WARNING: Could not crop because no foreground detected
Did anyone face this problem?

Hi Jakob Wasserthal, The following link contains a cardiac 3D MRI sample that I want to segment through TotalSegmentor. Output is all blank. Could you please help me with this?
