Great library!

I moved the JS, HTML, and CSS files from res/raw to assets.

I believe this has become the standard for these kinds of files*. Before the change, I was receiving an error when initializing the editor:

Could not load webpage "file:https:///android_res/raw/editor.html" - ERR::NOT FOUND

After a bit of research and this Stack Overflow post I think this migration is the right choice.

*I also see this organization style in a similar rich editor by WordPress.
