This repository contains original codes for major analyses in the manuscript 'The multi-kingdom airway microbiome mediates the interaction between environmental exposure and respiratory health'. All data are included in the 'data' directory. In each analysis folder, the codes for the major analyses and the plotting of the corresponding figure are included.

The processed microbiome data and basic demographic data (age, gender, BMI, site) for all 1,651 individuals are provided. The full metadata of an example mock set (N=150) are provided for assessing the pipeline and the computer codes. The full metadata for all individuals are subject to controlled access according to Human Genetic Resources Administration of China regulation and to comply with informed consent, and can be provided upon reasonable request to the corresponding author, for the purpose of replication of the results or for review assessment.
