sordw3

Support Operator Rupture Dynamics

Introduction and examples

Requirments:

  • Python3
  • Fortran 90 (later) compiler
  • MPI library

Installation:

Requirements: MPI (Fortran), python3 (with authorization to write)

Step 1: Download the latest SORD

git clone https://github.com/wangyf/sordw3

Step 2:

python -m sordw3.configure local

Note: if errors reported, please modify compiler in conf/local/conf.py

A successful message is like:

Step 3:

python -m sordw3.setup

This step is compiling the executable. If successful, sord-sO and sord-mO will be stored in sordw3/bin/

python -m sordw3.setup install 

If needed, you can reinstall SORD by “python -m sordw3.setup reinstall ”

If without any errors popping up, then congratulations, your SORD is ready to use.
