PR Summary

• Updated Docker image for Cypress tests
  The PR modifies the Docker image used for running Cypress tests, improving the test environment. It also updates the testing commands for two components (vue-styleguidist and vue-inbrowser-prismjs-highlighter) and introduces Vue 3 tests for these components.

• Updated versions of development dependencies
  This PR also includes an update for the cypress package in package.json, pushing its version from 12.10.0 to 13.6.6. In the meantime, the webpack-dev-server version was slightly reduced from 3.11.3 to 3.11.2 for compatibility purposes.

• Improved packages in the project’s dependencies
  Several packages in the pnpm-lock.yaml file have been updated to newer versions. This includes the @cypress/request, qs, tough-cookie, and semver. Similar to package.json, the webpack-dev-server package version was also downgraded here for better compatibility.

• Minor dependency updates
  Besides the main updates, some other minor changes were also applied to dependencies in various packages to make them better suited to the project's needs.
