Description

Added support for producing endpoint previews for REST services

Jira ticket reference: LIKA-393

What has changed:

Implement generating OpenAPI descriptions from REST endpoint data
Add rest as a supported resource type in ckanext-openapiviewer
Add resource icon rules for REST services
