We are developing computer vision app to classify swans by species.

To try the product:

• clone this repo
• downlownd datasets and binary files from [link to drive]
• place them into paths from pathbook/pathbook.py (congigure it alternatively)
• run python setup.py install
• run app/app.py

• analysis: notebooks for data analysis and data verifying
• processing: notebooks and scrypts for marking up data, fromating files, cropping images, etc.
• pathbook: files with paths to datasets, etc.
• model: configuration and binary files for DL models
• app: user interface
