[Feature Request] Allow free rotation using transform tool

I find the rotation tool in the current mini paint quite difficult to use, especially if you want just a small adjustment. It would be really great if the rotation could just be part of the transform tool (like in Photoshop and similar apps), where you can just grab the corner of the transform box and rotate freely with the mouse.
