This allows Android/iOS/Windows 10 users to pin MiniPaint to their home screen for quicker access.

Note: may want to disable when hosted inside of an iframe, as 3rd party applications that use MiniPaint as an external editor won't need this.

Notice - we still need to test it on real device. (it should work on phone after version release)

Setting it up through a webpack plugin may help with the local dev issues
