Synthetic polarisation maps of galaxies

##Usage You need cfitsio, particularly the files fitsio.h, libcfitsio.a, and longnam.h. Then running ./compile.sh should create the executable ‘pol.x’. That be run by ./pol.x. You may have to do ‘chmod +x compile.sh’ and ‘chmod +x pol.x’ to make them executable.
