Can connect to Azure Gov CLoud OpenAI Provider

In the new version, I don't see an argument to provide the url:

here is the error I get:
⨯ AI_RetryError: Failed after 3 attempts. Last error: Cannot connect to API: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND XXXXX-XXX.openai.azure.com

When I look at the endpoint it ends with .openai.azure.us.

Anyone has a solution for this?

Do you need a fully custom URL? Azure assembles the URL based on model name etc, so it's a bit more complicated. Could you provide the URL that you want to use (xxx out confidential parts)?

It looks like it's assembling the wrong URL. I need it to tap into resource-name.openai.azure.us but it's assembling resource-name.openai.azure.com. The main difference seems to be in the .us vs .com.

I'm trying to hit a gov cloud instance.

Are you aware of this version being used with Azure OpenAI in gov cloud?

I see. This would need better support, agreed. For now you can use a fetch decorator and fix the URL.

Inside the custom fetch, you would do a string replace on the url.
