The @wdio/browserstack-service version you are using will result in inconsistent test results being reported to Test Observability and will impact all the metrics reported. Test Observability is an AI-driven test reporting, debugging & analytics solution.
We will soon be deprecating the usage of @wdio/browserstack-service versions lower than v7.34.0 (for users of WebdriverIO v7) or v8.24.6 (for WebdriverIO v8). Please upgrade at the earliest to continue utilising all the benefits of Test Observability.
