Description:

• Fix issue raised in Dependabot PR Bump requests from 2.31.0 to 2.32.0 in /doc/UsersGuide #2292 .
• Fix issues described in Issue Minor documentation bugfixes #2295 (broken link, incomplete rt.sh run command, other requirements issues)
