Spam404 seems kinda dead

Prerequisites

• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue
• The issue is not present after wholly disabling uBlock Origin ("uBO") in the browser
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I report is not a normal behavior

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension
• using a new, unmodified browser profile

Description

With https://github.com/Spam404/lists/blob/master/adblock-list.txt last updated in late May 2021, and approx. 60% of its domain entries dead, it could be time to question that list's continued inclusion in uBO.

I could've easily found 3 or more anti-malware lists to replace it with, hadn't it been for uBO continuously banning list-suggestions since mid-2018. Just know that I'd be ready to help with that.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://github.com/Spam404/lists
2. Notice they were last updated 5 months ago.
3. Run either of the two list versions through whichever tool you guys prefer to find dead domains.
4. Notice that a majority of the domains are dead or down.

Expected behavior

That uBO's anti-malware lists consist of decently often updated and dead-domain-purged lists.

Actual behavior

uBO contains three anti-malware lists, of which only Badware Risks is of high value at the current time.
