I am a PhD student at German Aerospace Center (DLR) and University of Wuerzburg, Germany. My current work focuses on spatiotemporal characterization and monitoring of drought hazards and their impacts on agriculture and ecosystems using earth observation time-series data. I am also interested in remote sensing machine learning/deep learning to monitor and characterize environment-related changes.

Research interests

  • Remote sensing and GIS
  • Drought hazard monitoring and characterization
  • Time-series analysis
  • Machine learning and deep learning in earth observation.
