Describe your changes

Quality Measure: NQF0041 Influenza Immunization has been implemented as per CMS document

How has this been tested?

Ran dbt build --full-refresh
Also, Measure's outcome has been validated manually testing against qualifying criteria.
Refer this Validation Document

Reviewer focus

Please review performance period model. Performance period is of 3 months, unlike 1 year as other Quality Measures.
Few numerator concept_name are not available in value_set_concepts but exists in value_set_codes.

Hi @utsavpaudel, thanks for submitting this PR! I just have a couple of minor requests to add concepts. I think your logic for setting the August lookback period makes sense to me. I am kicking off the CI tests.

This looks great @utsavpaudel! Thanks for your work on this measure. I think it makes sense how you implemented the measurement period for the flu season. We can always adjust it later on if needed.
