This commit puts the graphql schema into its own file, `schema.graphql`. This was done as tryn-api directly refers to this file. `schema.js` has not changed in scope in that it still exports the built schema by using credit-karma's graph-ql loader. https://github.com/creditkarma/graphql-loader
