chore: prettier를 default formatter로 추가하고 저장시 포매팅합니다

여러 파일을 수정하다가 파일을 수정하면 자동으로 수정되지 않고 아직 prettier를 따르지 않은 파일이 있어 이 변경을 만듭니다
이 변경 이후 vscode사용자는 파일을 저장하면 자동으로 포맷팅됩니다
