user.regex: Fix n_matches & regex_unwrapped flag

n_matches has been broken since Fennel porting.

The regex_unwrapped flag is for groups that don't mind messages from ani
looking like normal messages instead of explicitly substitution results
(with the "Did you mean:" prefix).
