Deep learning framework for strain estimation on CMR Tagging images

In this project I develop a deep learning CNN model to predict Alzheimer's disease using 3D MRI medical images of the Hippocampus region of the brain.

It displays MRI in 2D and 3D multi-slice views, with easy search and navigation with a 3D mouse.

Tool for calculating swelling tablet eroding front's diffusion rate D and the rate of the swelling k from time series of either T2-maps or MRI images in FDF or Text Image format. (Python 3)
