I conducted sentiment analysis by scrapping data from Glassdoor and augmented the insights to a prediction model to predict the attrition at IBM. I also used clustering on internal IBM HR data before prediction to evaluate the model accuracy.

HR data analysis for promotions

This is my research experiment proposal to answer whether a raise in yearly increment percentages would improve the tenures of software engineers at Google. The proposal covers the literature review, research plan and simulation of effects (using R).
