Solving the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) using linear programming algorithm

The Paper Soccer Solver Program is a software tool developed to find optimal or near-optimal solutions for the game of Paper Soccer. It is designed to analyze the game state, evaluate different moves, and determine the best possible moves to achieve a specific objective, such as reaching the goal or maximizing the score.

The mathematical model of phase 1 is implemented to give a feasible solution for the first objective function: minimizing the hiring cost of temporary employees.

Optional approach to the well known Dynamic Programming problem using MILP implemented in CPLEX.
