Retinal vessel segmentation using U-NET, Res-UNET, Attention U-NET, and Residual Attention U-NET (RA-UNET)
Baseline model for BKAI-IGH_Neopolyp. Currently supports Unet and Attention Unet with VGG-16, MobilenetV2 and Efficientnet-B0 backbone. This repository is private therefore not a official implementation from BKAI.
Hierarchical probabilistic 3D U-Net, with attention mechanisms (—𝘈𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘜-𝘕𝘦𝘵, 𝘚𝘌𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘕𝘦𝘵) and a nested decoder structure with deep supervision (—𝘜𝘕𝘦𝘵++). Built in TensorFlow 2.5. Configured for voxel-level clinically significant prostate cancer detection in multi-channel 3D bpMRI scans.
