This is one of the projects I made during Vincit's 24 hour coding challenge (i.e., Hackfest) in 2015. The main motivation was fun: try out Neo4J as a tool for implementing a Markov Chain, just for laughs and giggles.

The V.I.L.M.A. chatbot was the host of its own internal Slack channel, where it dispensed invaluable and notorious advice.
