Thanks for the quick reply @tomkerkhove!
Here are the scrape results:

azure_cosmosdb_data_usage_total{resource_group="<RESOURCE_GROUP>",subscription_id="<SUBSCRIPTION_ID>",resource_uri="subscriptions/<SUBSCRIPTION_ID>/resourceGroups/<RESOURCE_GROUP>/providers/Microsoft.DocumentDB/databaseAccounts/<INSTANCE_NAME>",instance_name="INSTANCE_NAME"} 296747008 1591772925732

I am expecting to get one line per database, something like:
