Made it work for Python3. Changed default gravatar to "identicon" type #1

Changelog:

Now works for python3 (dunno about python2)
Has requirements.txt
Changed gravatar URL to not include the non-working URL.
Edited readme.md to include info about getting the example app to work.


Made it work for Python3. Changed default gravatar to "identicon" type
