Automatic livestreaming based on audio levels over time

• Waits for 5 minutes of talking and then tells OBS to start streaming
• Waits for 5 minutes of dead air and then tells OBS to stop streaming

Setup Instructions:

1. Install OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)
   https://obsproject.com/

2. Install OBS websocket plugin
   https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-websocket-remote-control-obs-studio-from-websockets.466/
   (C:\Program Files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit)

3. Clone github

4. Open Visual Studio .sln file and compile code
