loses artists when it more than 1

Steps to reproduce

1. open any artist who have feats (artist1, artist2, artist3) for example Yu-Peng Chen
2. see that in spmp only first artist is shown

and i would also like that the japanese language turned on, the japanese comma (、) would be displayed only if artist's name contains japanese characters. youtube itself always displays a japanese comma in japanese interface, which is annoying

for example:
artist1, artist2 and ブッカー、者数
not artist1、artist2 and ブッカー、者数
