  • ignore build artifacts folder

Question:
Is there any reason why we should keep the lib folder in the repo? I ignored it in this PR.

Please regard this PR as draft, cp won't work on windows, need to use copy lib from npm.

I think it's good to use copyfiles for windows compatibility regarding cp command.
Please advice if something wrong in this PR. 🙏
