I haven't updated the html files as it seems that the way the various libraries like fontawesome are linked in my machine are different to these sources. So they seem like needless changes. I've just edited the source Rmd files.
The data detective iframe and link now point to the right new place.
I fixed warnings about size --> linewidth for geom_segment.
This should close #144 and #152
(this is my first ever pull request so I hope I didn't do anything bad)
