Fix dark background in light colorschemes.

Rebuild the colorschemes and update the docs for Neovim.

Add missing highlight groups.

Fix regression in b/w terminals.

Rebuild with Colortemplate v2.2.0.

Also, enable filetype-specific and plugin-specific highlight groups by
default, as the Vim issue with using such groups in color schemes has
been resolved a while ago.
