Add EC Alveus

Description

Addition of the VIA files for the EC Alveus, EC version of the Alveus FRL keyboard.

There are 2 revisions of the PCB are available:

• 1.0.0
• 1.2.0

The 1.2.0 adds split support and has a different matrix than the 1.0.0 so the same file cannot be reused.
