Updated readme to have more modern badges, some extra links and table of content.

I liked the old badges tbh. Also I don't think we need badges for stars, forks and contributors. I like the original look of it. The rest I think is fine, just get rid of the emojis.

If you want to know more about the stack, check out init.tips or read the blog by Nexxel

In this line just have the link for init.tips.

In the Dev section add a link to CONTRIBUTING.md
