Changelog

• Drops all .use(myFn) in favor of .use(() => ...-style
• I don't know why I ever recommended t.middleware in favor of inlining, it's only ever useful if you wanna use .unstable_pipe() which is rare for most apps
• Related PR in tRPC: chore(www): drop t.middleware() as a recommendation in the docs trpc/trpc#5237
